CTK regularly conducts mandatory training sessions, including workplace sexual harassment prevention and workplace bullying prevention, to foster ethical values among all employees

Collaborative Ethical Management

CTK conducts annual employee surveys to promote a clean and ethical management culture. The results are shared company-wide to encourage transparency and foster a culture of ethical management through collective participation
